Who we are
vello.cz is operated by Valeriy Lyalin, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, IČO 21725691, with a registered address at Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Praha 10 – Vinohrady. We are the data controller for any personal data you share with us.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email, and the contents of your message. We also collect basic, anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, device type, referrer) to understand traffic.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is used solely to reply to your enquiry. Analytics data is used to improve the site. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form only.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email studio@vello.cz and we will respond within 30 days.
